Tops to Floors Sells to New Owners
Charlottetown, PE: Tops to Floors, a Prince Edward Island-based business providing custom cabinets, countertops and flooring, has been sold to new owners, effective January 31st, 2020. Previous owners David and Lisa VanDuinkerken, who started Tops to Floors twenty years ago, have sold the business to David Arsenault, Lucas Arsenault, and Mitch Arsenault, in a deal brokered by Confederation M&A.
Tops to Floors, a supply and installation brand, started with two employees in Summerside. Today, the business employs forty and operates in two locations; a showroom and manufacturing facility in Summerside and a showroom in Charlottetown.

New owners David Arsenault and Lucas Arsenault have construction backgrounds. Mitch Arsenault brings sales experience to the group. All three are from the Summerside area. “We’re excited to assume ownership of this quality business,” they said in a joint statement. “We look forward to continually serving Prince Edward Island with beautiful custom solutions under the Tops to Floors name”.
