Yafeth Roa is a business professional with over eight years of experience in customer service and more than five years in administrative roles. Originally from Mexico, he studied Business Administration at Universidad Aliat and earned a Marketing and Advertising Management Diploma from Holland College in Prince Edward Island (PEI).
He began his career in customer service before joining Tienda Pago, a financial startup in Mexico, where he worked for four years as an Administrative Analyst.
