Kenny is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 18 years of experience in public accounting.  He prides himself on working closely with clients, colleagues and the community providing exceptional client service in the financial, business advisory and taxation areas of practice.  Kenny is an experienced business partner to clients advising them through ongoing business matters and providing advice that delivers highly satisfactory results.

Lloyd is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator and is able to provide expert valuation and advisory services to businesses, individuals, and government. He provides business valuation services for purchase or sale, tax and succession planning, shareholder and matrimonial disputes and insurance and litigation support. Lloyd also assists clients in the preparation of financial statements and in tax planning and compliance, frequently delivering workshops on business valuation, financing a business, and understanding financial statements.

In 2010, Wayne joined the Confederation M&A team and served many years as President and currently as Senior Counsel. He provides expert advice to private sector clients on every aspect of buying or selling a business including risk assessment, defining and approaching potential buyers and sellers and due diligence. Wayne’s extensive management and ownership experience in fields ranging from post-secondary education and healthcare to automotive sales has given him a leading edge in achieving successful deals for his clients. His wide-reaching contact list and his understanding of every stage of the business process allow him to provide an excellent level of service. 

Wayne currently serves on the Prince County Hospital Foundation, the National Board of the Canada Games and was the co-chair of the 2023 Canada Games. He lives in Stanley Bridge, Prince Edward Island with his wife Nancy and enjoys spending time on their boat and travelling.
