Craig’s Auto Clinic in Fredericton Sold to New Ownership
Fredericton, NB: Craig’s Auto Clinic, a Fredericton-based automotive repair and auto maintenance service shop has been sold to new owners, in a deal brokered by Confederation M&A.
Craig’s Auto Clinic has been family-owned and operated by Jack and Janet Estey since 2008. The shop has been servicing the people of Fredericton and the surrounding areas since 1949 with vehicle maintenance, brakes, steering, suspension, alignments and tires. Craig’s Auto Clinic is located on the north-side of Fredericton at 120 Two Nations Crossing.
The buyer of the business is Kyle Clark. Kyle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business from his past role as Service Advisor at Fox Chevrolet Cadillac, and previously Service Manager at Clark Chevrolet Cadillac in Fredericton.
“I’ve enjoyed working with all of our great customers over the years and have had the privilege of working with great staff. I am looking forward to helping transition Kyle as the new owner,” said Jack Estey.

The sale is effective August 15, 2021.
